The BlueFin LowChem is a high class plate processor for chemical reduced polymer printing plates. Constant processing results qualify the BlueFin LowChem for the use of modern standards in newspaper production, for example high resolution and FM screening. This process uses less chemicals and has no need for water stations, regeneration and extra gumming. It unites the production requirements of resource efficiency with reliability and provides a good image contrast on the plate. A reduced size, the economical usage of energy and chemicals as well as the easy maintenance are only some of the remarkable BlueFin LowChem features. The BlueFin LowChem provides a 100 ltr. basis tank with an optional extension for a larger plate volume per filling. The FlowControl system optimises the maintenance works and results in a higher availability and a reduction in the overall costs per plate. This represents another step towards a fully automatic, industrial newspaper and commercial production.
